First up, it wouldn’t be a proper music bash without at least one fight breaking out...
Courtney Love lived up to her rowdy rep when she started on Lily Allen at London’s Shockwaves NME Awards this week.
Lil left the industry bash early in a flood of tears after the former rocker told her she was offend by her Twitter comments about daughter Frances Bean Cobain.
According to one crew member, the two singers were chatting amicably at first, before things "turned really nasty, really aggressive and bitchy.”
The pair were then pulled apart by their entourages, but both continued the feud from afar, with Love labeling Allen a "little girl" and patronising her by saying "welcome to the music industry".
The ‘Smile’ singer refused to take it lying down (of course) and shouted, "Why the fuck did you say that to me?"

Meanwhile a row between two other singers could be about to take-off. Amy Winehouse’s father has revealed how his troubled daughter once turned down a duet with Robbie Williams.
Mitch revealed, “He wanted to do a record with Amy. Amy said, ‘Are you f**king joking?”
Ouch.

And it looks like Snoop Dogg and 50 Cent are truly taking the rap this week.
The Shizzolator is reportedly facing $600,000 of unpaid tax bills, while 50 is being sued over an online sex tape.
A claim has been filed against the bad boy of music by Lastonia Leviston, who alleges he posted a 2008 video of her with a lover on his website.

Finally, it some good news for fans of ‘Paper Planes’ singer M.I.A. The singer has been missing in action since giving birth to her son, but she’s hinted her comeback album will be released this summer.
Taking to her Twitter page she said, "BANNED FROM LEAVING THE U.S, FAMILY BANNED FROM COMING TO U.S TO SEE ME, BABY, RECORDING LP, SIGNING THE DOPEST ACTS THATS HITTIN 2010... I THINK IM READY... JUNE 2010 (sic)."
