With only days to go until the biggest party of the year kicks off, it's time to give you the low down on all the ways you can get involved with the ‘2011 MTV Video Music Awards!’

First up, tune in to MTV from 10am AEST to see the LIVE broadcast of the ‘2011 VMA Pre-Show,’ where guest host Selena Gomez will be rubbing shoulders with the stars and spilling the goss on all the breaking news straight from the black carpet.

Over on Twitter our MTV Stylist Georgia Ashdown will be providing a running commentary as the celebs strut their stuff, so make sure you follow us @MTVAustralia with the hashtag #VMASTYLE. We’ll also be sharing the fashion fabulosity on our Facebook page.

Then it’s time for the main event! The iconic award show will hit our screens from 11am (AEST) and features a stellar line-up of performers including Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, Lil Wayne, Adele, Chris Brown, Pitbull and Ne-Yo as well as a stack of celebrity guests, presenters and nominees!
