Well, according to US Weekly, the stylish duo have been spotted on a string of dates across New York City, including a trip to the Greenwich Hotel, a 'Saturday Night Live' after-party and TWO Broadway shows.
However, with the ‘SexyBack’ star splitting from his girlfriend of four years, Jessica Biel, in March and Ash only recently parting ways with long-time beau and actor Justin Bartha – it seems they’re keen to keep their rumoured fling underwraps...
“They are hooking up,” a source tells US Weekly. "They're really trying to keep it on the down-low."
But despite appearing to have moved on - is JT still crying a river for his megastar ex?
Opening up about his recent break-up, he told Vanity Fair,
“[Jessica] is the single-handedly most significant person in my life.”
