It’s set to be the biggest live tribute gig of all time – and while the line-up has been kept strictly underwraps until now, one of the performers for Michael Jackson’s honoury show has spilled all!

Brit singer Craig David has told fans on his official Facebook page that he will be playing at the hotly-anticipated gig, organised with the support of the pop icon’s mother Katherine, in Wales on October 8.

According to NME, the ‘7 Days’ star, who’s believed to be currently working on a new album, wrote,

“I am honoured to announce I will be performing alongside some of the world’s greatest artists at the Michael Jackson tribute concert.”

So far, he’s the only performer to be announced for 'Michael Forever - The Tribute Concert' at the Millennium Stadium show in Cardiff, which is expected to attract more than 70,000 people.

And while ticket registration was due to commence last week, it’s been put on hold until further acts are confirmed.

Global Live Events’ chairman Chris Hunt told the Western Mail,

“We will be announcing an incredible line-up very soon. The registration period was put on hold because we want people to know who they are registering to see.”
