- Speidi Rake In $US3 Million

Professional Wankers Payday Arrives At Last

As you are walking to work tomorrow amidst the rain, wind and hail, consider this non-comforting news. Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt raked in over 3 million dollars in two years from their "work" as professional wankers. Why world? Why?

Thus proving that being a good guy doesn't necessarily pay, these characters have made a hell of a good living from being villainous to questionably good girl LC.

Speidi apparently calls this behavior "entertaining", but it seems they have missed the fact the public is laughing at them, not with them. Ouch.  Heidi was recently quoted saying , "We are trying to entertain in every aspect of our lives," she then went on to tell the world "I plan to win an Oscar. I'm very ambitious." Ironic considering she can't even play herself on a reality show convincingly.

It seems however, the income they have acquired comes from the copious amounts of selling; not 'acting' or entertaining. On top of TheHills gig they received dosh for selling pictures and hooker clothing courtesy of Heidi's line Heidiwood.  Speculation is mounting their souls may have also been sold in the process.

However, being rich doesn't stop one from being frugal. The couple recently proved that not only are they nails-against-a-blackboard annoying but stingy to boot. TMZ reported that at a recent dinner at a LA Restaurant, Spenser tipped his waiter a whopping $16 for a $783 bill. In the US tipping in mandatory and waiters make a living off the tips; the standard tip is 15 to 20% the tip he left equates to a miniscule 2.3%. Math pays. Stay in school kids.   A camera crew was with the couple and when they stopped filming, a source revealed that the waiter approached a producer from the show. The producer responded by forking over $60 of his own cash to cover Spencer's stingy contribution, which is still short of the socially acceptable amount.  Tsk Tsk

This is especially funny considering they were willing to spend big on drinks; they ordered 12 shots of platinum Patron at $60 a pop.

This is likely the latest in a string of events, which reinforce their role of the reality soap: the king and queen of cheap and nasty, in more ways than one.
