The problematic starlet has allegedly been involved in an altercation at a nightclub, reports Radaronline.com, after she grabbed the wrist of a woman who tried to take a picture of her doing shots!
The woman, who tried to snap Linds at about 2am in a Hollywood nightclub, then had her Nikon camera snatched away by someone in Lindsay’s entourage, who plunged it into a bucket of ice!
While the camera was damaged, the memory chip was fine – and the owner of the camera didn’t think twice about selling the pic to the gossip site the very next day!
“We didn’t press charges because we thought it was funny at first,” said an eyewitness who sat for an hour at a table next to Lindsay’s. “We all were drunk. But then we figured out when we got home that the camera was broken because water seeped in. The memory card, though, was still good.”
But that’s not all – the eyewitness has sensationally accused Lohan of being “belligerently drunk” a serious violation of her probation which could land her in jail for months! On May 11, a judge sentenced Linds to three years probation and psychological counselling.
“Lindsay appeared to be belligerently drunk,” the source said. “She and her people were doing shots of something all night. She looked like she was falling all over the place.”
“When she grabbed my friend’s wrist, another woman who was with Lindsay grabbed the camera. She kept saying ‘I need that camera’ over and over again. So the woman got it and sunk it into the ice buket.”
However Lindsay’s new publicist Steve Honig has said: "I don't have any knowledge of this alleged incident whatsoever."
