Disney star Demi Lovato says she was excited to work with hip-hop MC Missy Elliott and producer Timbaland on her new ‘Unbroken’ album.

Speaking with MTV, the brunette admitted working with the urban legends on her new track ‘All Night Long’ couldn’t have been more of a dream come true.

"I was so stoked when I went into the studio. I was working with Timbaland, and Missy was there…she heard one of the songs and she asked if she could rap on it,”

"And I was like, 'Of course, that's not even a question.' And she did, and she killed it."

The teen star added the new song is completely different to her previous hit ‘Skyscraper’ and shows off a new mature side.

"It's about staying up all night long and singing it to the boy that you like, and it's flirty and fun and it's not too grown-up, but it's grown-up enough."

The new album features a stack of collaborations with artists such as singer-songwriter Jason Derulo, R&B star Iyaz and ‘Like a G6’ singer Dev.

Things are definitely looking up for the 19 year-old, who recently completed a stint in rehab for ‘emotional issues’ and an eating disorder.
