She’s already taken the music industry by storm – and now Adele’s determined to fulfill her dream of appearing on Aussie TV!
The Brit hitmaker, whose record-breaking album ‘21’ is currently riding high in the charts Down Under, has confessed she’s dying for a role in ‘Neighbours.’
As well as being a big fan of the local soap - there’s one long-time Ramsay Street resident in particular she’s eager to swap musical wisdom with – Harold Bishop!
"I love Neighbours and especially Harold,” the singer told The Sun.
"He plays the tuba so I'd love to ask him to play on some of the tracks.
"In return I could do a cameo on Neighbours like Lily Alllen did.”
And if the ‘Someone Like You’ star does manage to bag a part – let’s hope, like Lily, who was here in 2009 - she’ll make time for a quick Aussie tour too!
Until then, there’s just one small hurdle standing in her way…
“I have to overcome my fear of flying all that way first!"
