Dishing on her new material on Twitter, the ‘Skyscraper’ star told fans,
“Wrote my first country song today.”
And proving her passion for the genre, the 19-year-old also revealed how she’d been listening to plenty of tracks by country artists such as Eli Young, Rascal Flatts and Kenny Chesney over the festive season.
And of course, let’s not forget that country music is actually in her genes!
The ‘Disney’ babe’s mother Dianna Hart de la Garza is a renowned country singer herself!
Meanwhile, as well as a new music career, the brunette could also be on the lookout for a new fella in 2012!
Despite reportedly reuniting with her on-off lover Wilmer Valderrama recently, it seems the pair DIDN’T welcome in the New Year together.
“No New Years Eve kiss for me tonight…Looks like I’m making out with my hand again,” she revealed on Twitter.
