The troubled star was sentenced after violating the terms of her probation in her 2007 DUI and drug case, by skipping mandatory alcohol education classes.
Judge Marsha Revel told the wildchild, who was sobbing during her ruling in a Los Angeles court,
"I couldn't have been more clear [about my orders], "There are no excuses."
In response Li-Lo, who was accompanied by her sister Ali and parents Dina and Michael, cried,
"I did everything I was told to do, I thought I was being compliant."
The ‘Mean Girls’ star who was ordered to surrender to court on July 20 to begin her stint in prison, will also have to spend a further three months in rehab.
In May the 24-year old failed to show up to a compulsory progress review hearing, claiming her passport was stolen at the Cannes film Festival. She was then fitted with a SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet and subject to random drug testing.

But just two weeks later the bracelet was set off, leading to the party-lover's third arrest warrant – although her attorney claimed she tested negative for alcohol.
This will now be the movie star's second time at the women’s century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood. Three years ago she served just 84 minutes of her 24-hour sentence.
It’s not known yet whether she will be given an early release this time around.
