She may have one of the most acclaimed voices of her generation as well as one of the bestselling albums of the year, but British songstress Adele has admitted she still suffers from terrible stage fright, frequently vomiting before her gigs!

The singer explained to British Vogue,

"I puke quite a lot before going on stage. But the pre-show puke guarantees a great performance. But then, I s**t myself before everything. The bigger the freak-out, the more I enjoy the show!"

The curvy star also talked about the insecurities she has with her body image and how she doesn’t want to become obsessed with her weight.

“I enjoy being me, I always have done. I’ve seen people where it rules their lives, who want to be thinner or have bigger boobs, and how it wears them down,” she said.

“And I don’t want that in my life. I have body insecurities, of course, but I don’t hang out with anyone who points them out to me.”

The comments come days after the ‘Someone Like You’ singer sent fans into a frenzy by hinting she’s set to record the latest James Bond theme song!

Appearing on the Jonathan Ross show, Adele talked about her latest project.

“It is actually a theme, what I’ve got to do. Wow, that’s really giving something away. It’s a concept. One song,” she said.

When Ross began humming the James Bond theme song she blushed and covered her mouth before saying “no, it’s a concept.”
