They may have seemed like a match made in Disney heaven – but Joe Jonas has ended his fairytale romance with Demi Lovato.
And rather than tell his ‘Camp Rock’ co-star to her face, the 17-year-old decided to finish things over the phone. Ouch!
A source tells Us magazine, “He didn't have the heart to do it in person."
But that’s not the first time he’s dumped a famous singer that way. Two years ago the popstar finished things with his former flame Taylor Swift during a “27 second” phone call.
Let’s hope that’s some consolation for poor Demi.
Just last week the brunette gushed about her fella, saying, “He knows me better than I know myself, and I know him better than he knows himself."
Hmm clearly not…
Meanwhile the former couple are still set to go on tour this summer - so perhaps they’ll reunite after all.
The source adds, “They are so young...I wouldn't count them out yet."
