have finally bagged himself a role to launch his moviestar career?
Well, we doubt it…
But his latest venture is set to give his fans a right old laugh at least!
According to Billboard.com, the rapper is teaming up with rising hip hop star Wiz Khalifa to shoot a new comedy called ‘High School.’
The ‘Drop It Like It’s Hot’ singer - who recently collaborated with the Pittsburgh MC for tracks for his upcoming album ‘Doggumentary’ - says the idea for the movie project came after the pair finished up in the studio.
He told Billboard.com, “We became close friends and spent time together... [we] made six or seven songs and created an idea to do a movie and a soundtrack, and just a bond – to build a friendship and build a brotherhood."
And spilling on what fans can expect from the flick, Snoop described it as "a comedy stoner movie, a little something for the stoners."
