She’s known to be one of the most gracious performers in Hollywood; - so it might come as some surprise to know that Kelly Rowland considers herself a selfish control freak!
The gorgeous x-factor UK judge opened up to Stylist Magazine and revealed that she’s totally in control of every part of her career – and she loves it.
She said, "I love getting older. Things just start to click,” reports Digital Spy. “I started developing as a business woman. I now know I need to make sure that everything is right for me, not for anybody else.

"And OK, that might be selfish, but there's nothing wrong with being selfish, as long as you don't abuse it.”
The ex-Destiny’s Child songstress, whose career was managed by Beyonce’s dad and manager Mathew Knowles until 2009, is now relishing her time in the driver’s seat – to the point where she’s become a “control freak.”
"I have to think, 'What do I want in the next ten years? Do I work hard enough? Do I have my priorities straight? Am I waking up early enough to catch the worm and going to bed late enough to make sure everything is done?' Delegating is something I'm still working on."
When told by the mag that she sounded like a “control freak”, Kelly responded, “Yeah, I feel bad.”
"Because, with my managers, I'm like, 'Did this happen? And that?' And they're like, 'Yeah, we did that three days ago'."
