- R. Kelly Been A Naughty Boy. Again

Claiming His Innocence - AGAIN

Any one else wishing R. Kelly would crawl under a rock and stay there for a while? The R&B hit-maker has hit the headlines again for all the wrong reasons.

It seems the singer just can't stay out of trouble, even if it is on different continents. The expensive lawyer fees from his recent court case (read story here) must have taken it's toll, as R. Kelly has just been accused of defrauding people in South Africa out of an estimated $1.5 million.

The story goes that 46 year-old woman, Busiswe Zakwe clamed that R. Kelly was coming to the country for a tour back in 2005. She then hoodwinked several investors out of $1,300 each, ensuring them that they would get their money back and benefit from ticket sales.

This is where things get dicey. R. Kelly's representatives released this statement to the press saying, "Mr. Kelly has no knowledge of this woman, has never received any money from her, and has not been contacted by any law enforcement authorities regarding the matter. He will, of course, cooperate fully with any legitimate investigation of this matter, since he has nothing to hide."

But according to police investigators, Busiswe did deposit the amount into the singers account, based on evidence they found in her office. Officers added, "At this stage, we do not know if the money was returned to her."

Police finally caught up with Busiswe after being on the run for several months; she's scheduled to appear in a Durban court Sept. 10, according to WENN.

So who's telling the truth and where did all the money go hmmm??

Looks like R Kelly hasn't seen the last of his legal woes!
