Tom Cruise fancies himself as a rockstar!
The Hollywood hottie couldn’t resist the chance to join the Black Eyed Peas on stage whilst watching them perform in London.
Sporting a leather jacket, jeans and sunnies, the ‘Top Gun’ star wowed the crowd at the O2 arena as he helped the group belt out their final song.
But it wasn’t just the fans who were shocked, Will.i.am said, "We were surprised. Fergie was the only one who knew about it.
“He rocked out to I've Got A Feeling. The crowd loved it.”
And the actor added, “Fergie gave me a formal invitation to come onstage.
'The way she said it was, ‘Don't be a wuss, you've got to come on stage for the last song.’”
The 47-year-old’s grown close to the group after working with them on the soundtrack to his new movie ‘Knight and Day.’
He revealed, “I met Will at a charity event and we said we've got to work together.
“We were about three quarters of the way through shooting Knight And Day and I just thought, "We've got to have the Black Eyed Peas do a song. It's a perfect match."
“So Will came by the editing room and we showed him some scenes - and he just started writing the song there in the room.”
Meanwhile Tom’s also been showing off his funny side in a clip for the 2010 MTV Movie Awards.
Playing his ‘Tropic Thunder’ character Les Grossman alongside Robert Pattinson, the movie legend curses the ‘Twilight’ hunk about his “filthy hair.”
