She may have been rocking a stunning designer gown and new lengthy locks at the CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute bash this week – but they did little to distract from her impressive assets!
The teen songstress, who appears to have, um, blossomed in recent months, proudly showed off her hefty cleavage as she hit the red carpet in LA.
But now the popstar, who was practically bursting out of her yellow Roberto Cavalli gown, has sparked rumours she’s had a boob job!
“If you look at the volume, it appears she has had a breast augmentation,” cosmetic physician Dr. Tahl Humes of Vitahl Medical Aesthetics in Colorado, told Star magazine.
But despite his expert eye, the 19-year-old insists she’s all natural!
"Thank you for the compliment but these babies are all mine," she tweeted. "I wish they'd realize you don't have to be fake to be beautiful!"
And when she’s not defending her hot bod, the ‘Can’t Be Tamed’ babe is busy gushing about her Aussie beau Liam Hemsworth!
According to Hollywoodlife.com, the former ‘Hannah Montana’ star even thinks the hunky actor could be ‘the one!’
"It couldn't be better between the both of them,” a source told Hollywoodlife.com
“They are figuring out where to spend the holidays together, but it will be together and they are madly in love and inseparable. Miley thinks Liam is 'The One'."
