pin-up Robert Pattinson touched down on our shores!
Here for a super speedy promo tour for his new circus flick ‘Water For Elephants,’ Sydney rolled out the red carpet (all 300 metres of it in fact!) for the Brit superstar as he strutted his stuff for the film’s Aussie premiere at the State Theatre.
And after spending the past few weeks debuting his new movie to the world - including trips to New York, Barcelona and London - R-Patz is now getting ready for the hotly anticipated ‘2011 MTV Movie Awards!’
Stunned when he heard that his latest vampire release ‘Eclipse’ is up for a massive EIGHT nods this year, Rob told MTV Australia,
“I hope it does well. God that’s kind of scary!”
But before the star-studded bash kicks off next month, the hunky actor has a big birthday coming up first!
When asked about his plans for turning 25 this Friday, the tween hottie told us,
“Well, I'm working, so that’s very exciting!” he joked.
“Hopefully I’ll have the evening off at least.”
And for those of you who want to make his b-day celebrations a little sweeter – make sure you catch ‘Water For Elephants’ when it opens in cinemas across Oz this Thursday (May 12).
