Descending upon Wet’N’Wild Water World - the bustling crowd partied around the park’s huge wave pool as Dr Rhythm kicked off the bash with an epic beat boxing sesh, while DJ Gavin Boyd expertly spun the decks!
Having a blast, despite the sudden down-pour of rain, guests toasted the start of summer with the new Russian Standard Vodka Citrus RTD and plenty of Sol beer.
And with the audience well and truly warmed up, Aussie Idol Stan Walker took to the stage for a mind-blowing 40 minute set of his biggest hits.
The bash, hosted by MTV VJ’s Ruby Rose and Erin McNaught, also saw an impressive line-up of celebrity guests.
Joining in the fun was ‘Twilight’ hottie Xavier Samuel, ‘Step-Up 3D’ star Sharni Vinson, ‘Crusty Demons’ Robbie Madison, Seth Enslow, Kain Saul and Emma McFerran.
Meanwhile Nicola Johnson, Luke Scott and Joey Crutch from MTV’s first Australian real life drama series, ‘Freshwater Blue,’ also hit the bash.
And that’s not all! MTV also had international hip hop star Ja Rule in da house!
The rapper, who’s in town ahead of ‘Summerbeatz’ this weekend, joined Stan at the ‘Official Sol MTV Summer After-Party’ at the lavish Palazzo Versace, where DJ duo The Faders rocked the foyer and kept the party going til the early hours!
