Joined by her other-half and former co-star Spencer Pratt, the reality star - who showed off her curves and over-inflated chest in a revealing gold mini dress - was snapped pouting and posing away as she hosted her bash at Vanity nightclub inside the city’s Hard Rock Hotel.
According to the Daily Mail, the busty blonde was keen to make the most of her wild night out in sin city - knocking back champagne cocktails and dancing seductively up against her hubby.
And while most celebs prefer to let loose VIP style, fellow clubbers were lucky enough to party alongside the TV stars, with tickets for the event being sold off for as little as $20!
