Gabriella Cilmi says she regrets posing topless for a raunchy men’s magazine.

The 19-year-old singer, who stripped off to promote her new album ‘Ten,’ for FHM, said she didn’t realise how sexy the shots would be until it was too late.

She told Bang Showbiz, "The first single from the album is called 'Woman on a Mission', it was just kind of getting into character for what I thought the song was about, which is that it’s okay to show off a bit of your body and your curves.

"Not to the extent that I did in the magazine. They removed my top, they didn’t say they were going to do that, so that was a bit of a shock to see myself in that light.

"I wouldn’t do it again, you can never tell what the outcome’s going to be."

Well perhaps keeping her clothes on might help on her new mission to bag an older fella. The songstress admitted she’s desperate to find a more mature guy who can take care of her.

She told FemaleFirst, “I think I have a thing for older men like Robert Downey Jr, Tall, dark and handsome. Someone who cracks me up, makes me laugh, someone intelligent, someone who can cook.”

And she lists John Travolta , who she met for the first time at the Melbourne Grand Prix in Oz, as her biggest celebrity crush.

She told the Daily Star, “I sang the national anthem and they forgot to turn my microphone on, in TV land, so nobody heard me! But I got a kiss from John Travolta so it’s all OK. It was pretty good.”
