R&B legend Usher is set to bring the ‘OMG’ factor to the ‘2010 MTV Video Music Awards!’

The singer, who first performed at the prestigious music bash in 1998, is bringing his sexy smooth moves back to the MTV stage.

The chart-topper, who’s up for three Moonmen at the bash, including ‘Best Male Video,’ ‘Best Dance Music Video’ and ‘Best Choreography’ for his ‘OMG’ clip, is set to wow fans at the event, broadcast from Los Angeles, Monday, September 13 @ 4pm (AEST).

In an interview with MTV, the 31-year-old said of his upcoming performance,

"It is an honor to once again be a part of the MTV Video Music Awards.

"I can't wait to perform for my fans all around the world who have helped to make this album a success and my being here possible. You never know what's gonna happen on an MTV VMA stage. I look forward to making it a night to remember.”

And the hit-maker’s not the only new addition to this year’s killer line-up…

US rockers Paramore, who are nominated for ‘Best Rock Video’ are also set to get the crowd going. Meanwhile Travie McCoy, Jason Derulo and Robyn will be performing never before heard mixes of their current singles with VMA house artist Deadmua5.
