Stepping out at the Cirque du Tacori bash in Los Angeles last night, all eyes were on the ‘Hills’ star’s seemingly fuller assets as she posed for pics in a low cut black top.
The busty blonde, who partied with her co-star Lo Bosworth, has been vocal in the past about her opinions on plastic surgery, saying of Heidi’s new look,
"If she feels better, I'm so happy that she feels secure. When a woman feels good about herself, that's the best feeling, so I'm really happy for her."

Meanwhile her former co-star Audrina Patridge has insisted she certainly won’t be going under the knife in the near future.
Despite rumours she already has breast implants, the sexy brunette told Star Magazine,
“It’s important to have your own look and keep what you’re born with, it’s not something I’m going to do any time soon.”
