The wildchild, who’s currently hopping from party to party in Cannes, claims she was unable to return to Los Angeles after having her passport “stolen.”
As a result of her absence, a warrant has been issued for her arrest, and she’s expected to be taken into custody as soon as she lands in America.
Li-Lo was due in court for a progress report on her probation stemming form two arrests in 2007.
Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel, whose set bail at $100,000, showed no sympathy for the troubled actress.
He said, "If she wanted to be here, it looks to the court that she could have been here."
Meanwhile, the redhead, who’s rumoured to fly back to the States today, believes her father Michael Lohan, is to blame for the episode, claiming he was behind her passport being stolen.
She told Us Magazine, "I always said my father had someone do it.”
