Rihanna has hit back at claims the artwork for her new track 'Russian Roulette' is too raunchy, saying she finds it hard to understand why people are so shocked.
When the Barbados beauty first unveiled the album cover – which features the singer posing in nothing but an eye patch and some barbed wire wrapped around her ta-tas - several media outlets branded the shoot too risqué, with some labelling her “a prime candidate to sell sadism”.
But RiRi's confused over all the fuss, she tells British radio station Key 103, "I don't know why people are so surprised that I'm scantily clad, I've always been scantily clad, I've always been that way. I definitely thought the barbed wire was cool, it was a symbol of strength but fearlessness all at once, that's why we used it."
The singer was so proud it seems she decided to go into further detail, describing exactly how they put the outfit together. "We took our time and wrapped that barbed wire around me. It took forever because we had to wrap it round the front of me - a certain area - a few times more than the rest of me so that it would cover the necessary."
Meanwhile, former BF Chris has admitted he'll have no problem picking up ladies when he is ready to start dating.
He said, "My whole dating thing, I’ve been kind of chilling. I mean, I’m Chris Brown. I’m not saying it like that, but, it’s like, girls are gonna be around.'
We're pretty sure Rihanna's one girl that won't be hanging around you Chris.
