It’s played host to plenty of drama, tears, tantrums and parties over the years – but now ‘Hills’ star Lauren Conrad has decided to ditch the last thing that tethered her to the top rating reality show - her Hollywood home!
According to the LA Times, the reality star has put her lavish 1920’s Spanish-style pad on the market for a cool $2.25million!
The house boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms, three fireplaces, a pool and a guest house. It was featured heavily during season three of the series, when co-stars Audrina Patridge and Lo Bosworth both moved in to share the 3,000 square ft property with Lauren.
Meanwhile, it’s not just her living arrangements that LC has changed up. The budding designer seems to be starting a-fresh in other areas of her life too – namely her love life!
Since her split with Kyle Howard in June, Lauren has been pictured hitting the clubs with BFF Lo, and according to People magazine, the blonde beauty was recently seen flirting up a storm with ‘Teen Wolf’ star Colton Haynes!
The pair was snapped together over the weekend at West Hollywood hot spot Trousdale, but the gorgeous actor played coy when he was grilled by Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM show about the blossoming romance.
"I've known Lauren for about four-and-a-half years now. We're really good friends,” Haynes said.
"She's cute," Seacrest then prompted.
"I would say yes," Colton agreed. "She definitely is."
