And luckily for the Disney star, her showbiz BF Kelly Osbourne was on hand to throw her the “sickest” party ever!
Chatting to E! ahead of the hitmaker’s private do at Beacher’s Madhouse club in Hollywood, Kelly dished,
"I've got all sorts of madness and craziness.
“That girl has so much pressure on her and has worked her ass off her entire life that I think a lot of the time people forget that she deserves to have fun too.”
And there’s no denying she enjoyed herself!
Partying alongside her hunky Aussie beau Liam Hemsworth, mum Tish and sis Brandi, the songstress was also joined by a very special guest on the night – a unicorn!
“Can't thank @MissKellyO for the best partyyyy ever! =]]]] i loveeeee you! Let's just say there was a unicorn in the lobby!” Miley Tweeted after the do.
Meanwhile, the popstar also appears to have treated herself to a rather non-traditional b-day pressie...
