She’s the ultimate California beach babe – but Audrina Patridge has insisted that the glitz and glamour of Los Angeles isn’t all it’s cracked up to be!
Despite the A-list parties, posh celeb hangouts and year round sunshine – the reality star says she’d trade it all in to live in Britain!
Visiting the UK for a recent promo trip she told FHM Magazine,
"Britain is so cool, you have such a good energy and everyone is so nice, friendly, carefree and non-judgmental, which is a pleasant change from Los Angeles.”
And what better place to indulge in her secret passion for history too!
“There's a much greater sense of history [in Britain]. I am a huge fan of the Tudors, so loved standing on the spot where Anne Boleyn was executed."
But for now the brunette beauty, whose new reality show ‘Audrina’ hit MTV Australia this week, is determined not to let the pressures of Hollywood get her down.
“Everyone has an opinion even though they don't really know the truth,” she added. “It's for this reason I don't really care or read what people say.
"I used to, but then I realized if you care about what everyone else thinks and try to please them all, then you will end up destroying yourself."
