Despite spending large chunks of their romance apart due to their busy work schedules, the cute duo never go a day without seeing each other thanks to the internet!
Dishing on how he coped with being separated from his popstar GF while filming his new flick ‘The Hunger Games’ in North California , the Aussie pin-up told Cosmopolitan Magazine,
“Skype! A little bit every day.
“For those long stretches apart, just to see her face makes it so much easier.”
But while the former ‘Home and Away’ star may have been happy to take his love life online for a while, when it came to his onscreen movie transformation, he wasn’t quite so comfortable.
Chatting about dying his lighter locks dark brown for the character of Gale Hawthorne, the actor confessed,
“I didn’t like it. I’d never colored my hair before, and it definitely gave me sympathy for what women go through.”
Meanwhile, we wonder if his new hairdo helped him secure his latest movie role...?
According to The Wrap, the 21-year-old has nabbed himself the main part in upcoming action flick ‘Empire State.’
