The Kings and Queens of the showbiz world came together to celebrate the ‘2011 Golden Globe Awards.’

And while blockbuster smash ‘The Social Network’ and TV fave ‘Glee’ proved to be the big winners at the Hollywood bash – it was off stage that the party really got started!

And no awards show would be complete without it’s fair share of celebrity hook-ups!

Moving Swiftly on from Taylor, Jake Gyllenhaal left fans open-mouthed when he rocked up with his ex girlfriend, singer Jenny Lewis.

According to US Magazine the Rilo Kiley frontwoman trailed behind the actor as he gave interviews on the red carpet, and then sat with him throughout the ceremony.

Meanwhile, it looks like long-time singleton Leighton Meester may have found her Prince Charming, after being spied getting cosy with her ‘Country Strong’ co-star Garrett Hedlund.

According to PerezHilton, the ‘Gossip Girl’ stunner couldn’t keep her mitts off the handsome actor while hanging out at the HBO after-party.

A source told Perez, "Garret wrapped his arm around her. She wraps her arm completely around his neck and pulls him for a quick peck on the lips."

And while they were all smiles – one star who clearly wasn’t in the best of moods was ‘Twilight’ hunk Robert Pattinson.

According to 411, R-Patz became camera shy when a fan asked for a quick snap, and his security reportedly dived in to stop any photos being taken.

Meanwhile, Sandra Bullock used the event to set the record straight on her relationship with Ryan Reynolds.

Despite ongoing rumours about the actress and Scarlett Johansson’s sexy ex, she told ‘Today’ host Al Roker,

“I think there will be a collective sigh amongst women across the United States when I say he's not my lovah.

"He's just an amazing friend for 10 years.

"But I don't get his loving after dark."

And while Sandra left the bash solo, Aussie startlet Nicole Kidman revealed she and hubby Keith Urban have a new addition to their family!

After showing off some serious public displays of affection on the red carpet, the couple revealed they are parents to a new baby girl, born via a surrogate.

In an official statement, they confirmed,

"Our family is truly blessed, and just so thankful, to have been given the gift of baby Faith Margaret. No words can adequately convey the incredible gratitude that we feel for everyone who was so supportive throughout this process, in particular our gestational carrier."
