We couldn’t quite believe our eyes when new pics of a rather vampish looking Vanessa Hudgens
emerged online recently.
And now, weeks after ditching her fresh-faced style in favour of a more heavily made-up gothic look, matched with a new tattoo, the actress insists she feels “badass.”
During an interview on the ‘Late Show with David Letterman,’ the 22-year-old, best known for her role in the ‘High School Musical’ series, showed off the butterfly inking on her neck, explaining,
“It's my very first tattoo, and I kind of feel like a badass now!
“It was very last minute, but I've actually wanted it for years.
“Vanessa means butterfly - it's a Latin derivative.”
And the stunner, who recently split from her childhood sweetheart and movie co-star Zac Efron, also revealed she’s well and truly moved on from her ‘Disney’ days.
When asked if she had fun filming the popular musical saga with her ex, the sexy brunette, decked in a tight pink dress and fishnet tights added,
“It was so much fun. It's kind of a thing of the past now though.”
Meanwhile, we wonder if V’s heard the new rumours about her former flame reportedly cosying up to another fella at a recent NBA bash…
An onlooker at the W Hotel in Los Angeles told The National Enquirer,
“I was shocked at how relaxed and open Zac was with this guy. He walked around talking to him, smiling and holding his hand right in front of everyone.”
