Justin Bieber and Jessie J are just some of the celebs reaching out to their fans on ‘Twitter’ to express their sadness over the trouble happening in London.

This comes after mobs of youths caused violence, looting and criminal damage for a third night of rioting in the capital city.

Justin tweeted to his eleven million followers,

“WHOAH...been out of the loop all day. to all the people of the UK I hope you are ok. my prayers go out to you and the amazing people there.”

Jessie also voiced her frustration over the problems. The ‘Nobody’s Perfect’ singer said,

“These riots are not cool. Anger being taken out on innocent people and innocent communities is not fair.”

Another artist taking to the site was Calvin Harris, who urged more musicians to speak out for their fans who may be caught up in the rioting.

He expressed his sadness for “innocent people + their jobs, homes, being destroyed."

For some artists, tweeting wasn’t enough.

Brit rockers Kate Nash and Kaiser Chief’s lead singer, Ricky Wilson, decided to venture out to join hundreds more in a huge clean-up operation!

The ‘Foundations’ singer wrote,

“Camden Chalk Farm.. will be there in a bit with our brooms.. Got my bin bags, need to find gloves.”
