While Kylie Minogue’s been busy working on a new album to celebrate 25-years in the music biz, her former ‘Neighbours’ co-star and duet buddy Jason Donovan has revealed he’s finally ready for a pop comeback!
After starring in several reality TV shows including the UK’s ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here’ and ‘Strictly Come Dancing,’ the Melbourne-born singer hopes to drop his sixth record later this year.
"I know exactly how I want the new album to sound and I'm as excited as I've ever been about a record," he told the Press Association.
"It feels great to be going back in the studio."
News of his musical return comes just a day after rumours ran rife that Kylie may be teaming up with a bunch of fellow performers, including Jason, for a star-studded British TV special to celebrate her longtime career.
With their last duet ‘Especially For You’ reaching number 1 across the globe in 1988 – surely it's about time for a follow-up?
