is more interested in dropping her doe on real estate!
And it seems that after the success of her recent ‘Gypsy Heart Tour,’ she was clearly due an upgrade!
Trading in her $3.4 million estate in Toluca Lake, the ‘Can’t Be Tamed’ singer has reportedly treated herself to a five-bedroom mansion in Studio City, California.
According to E! Online, her $4 million new pad boasts five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a saltwater pool, spa and gym.
"She moved in a few months ago," a source tells E!
"She decorated the place in her own unique style—very funky."
And while her incredible crib is still close-by to her parents Billy Ray and Tish – she’ll no longer be under the watchful eye of her ex beau and neighbour Nick Jonas. Or anyone for that matter…
According to real estate website Zillow, the 5173 square feet privately gated house is “the perfect celebrity hideaway.”
Sounds like she can finally ‘Breakout’ in peace then!
