The ‘Mean Girls’ star, who recently completed a three month stint in LA’s Betty Ford Centre after failing a drugs test, told US TV show Extra she’s finally ready to get her life back on track.
“I feel great. I feel happy,” gushed the 24-year-old.
“There's always bumps we have in the road and as long as I'm focusing on the one thing I know I need to put first in my life, which is my recovery and stuff, then I'm doing good and that's important to me.”
And while the wildchild admitted she’s keen to start acting again, she knows it will take some time to build up her reputation.
“I know there’s going to be a lot of steps I’ll have to go through to prove myself again and get the trust from people I respect to work with,” she said.
“But I’m willing to do what I have to do to get there. I miss being on set - I really do miss it.”
And when quizzed about who she was hoping to work with on her return to the big screen, Li-Lo added,
"I don't think it would be fair to say, 'Oh, this is who I want to work with', and expect that to happen. I have to build my way back up and I get that."
