Here at MTV we love a girl who can stand up for herself – and no one’s better at slamming critics than teen Queen Miley Cyrus!
The mega pop babe has angrily hit out after several tabloids claimed she appeared to have gained weight in recent pics - with some even suggesting she was pregnant!
Nipping the rumours in the bud right away, the 18-year-old ranted on Twitter,
“I don't wanna be shaped like a girl I LOVE being shaped like a WOMAN & trust me ladies your man wont mind either.” (sic).
The hitmaker also posted a snap of a scarily skinny girl, with the caption,
“By calling girls like me fat this is what you're doing to other people. i love MYSELF & if you could say the same you wouldn't be sitting on your computer trying to hurt others.”
And if that wasn’t enough to silence any haters, her music buddy Demi Lovato, who’s been open about her own body image struggles, also jumped to her defence.
"Whoever called you that has it coming,” she assured her pal on Twitter.
And it's good to hear her longtime Aussie beau Liam Hemsworth also loves his leading lady just the way she is.
When asked what he finds sexiest about his songstress GF recently, he told Who Magazine,
“When I look over at her when she’s biting into a steak sandwich and there is some steak sauce dripping down her chin, there is nothing sexier than that!”
