But don’t worry about booking flights - all the action from LA's Gibson Amphitheatre will be screened on telly boxes Down Under.
Also confirmed for the bill are Kelly Rowland, Nelly Furtado, Fall Out Boy, Snoop Dogg and lots and lots of local acts, including Doctor Krapula and Fanny Lu. Yep, that's right.
There will also be red carpet-hogging appearances from Paris Hilton and Audrina Patridge.
