US Star magazine makes the claim, reporting Jess hooked up with the greedy golfer just days before her split with Tony Romo.
The mag has it the pair had a "sizzling meeting" at a US golf tournament earlier this year.
Said the Gatorade-swigging source: “Tiger liked what he saw and let her know it... Jessica said that she felt like Tony wasn’t paying attention to her, so she was like: ‘What the heck!’
“She decided to have fun with Tiger whether it bothered Tony or not.”
However, Jess has RUBBISHED the 'Exclusive' via her Twitter.
The 29-year-old, who's dating Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan, Tweeted: "can't believe that I'm on the cover of star magazine with Tiger Woods, what a JOKE! 'The Shocking Inside Story' is (insert drumroll) A LIE!" Well put, missus.
Elsewhere, 50 Cent has passed judgement on the Tiger scandal.
The rapper said: "Thirteen women and no condoms - you're a gambling man ain't you Tiger."
He ain't wrong...
