The day has arrived! 'Jersey Shore' premieres on MTV Australia tonight (Tuesday September 7) @ 9:30pm!
Our favourite guidos and guidettes are back for a second dose of trouble at the Shore! The explosive first season of ‘Jersey Shore’, which followed the exploits of eight uber-tanned, larger-than-life, young Italian Americans renting a beach house in New Jersey has got the whole world talking, and by all accounts, Season 2 of the reality show is going to serve it up thick and fast!
Snooki, The Situation, J-WOWW, DJ Pauly D, Angelina, Ronnie, Sammi and Vinny are BACK for another season of fist-pumping, muscle-flexing, poofy-haired action, but this time, they’re taking it to Miami, and rumour has it, there will be some new faces joining the fun. How will the attention-loving housemates deal with having to share the limelight? Well, if you thought season one of ‘Jersey Shore’ was full of drama – be warned, you ain't seen nothing yet!

Angelina
She walked out last season after refusing to work her shift in the t-shirt shop, but now, the self-proclaimed Kim Kardashian of Staten Island is back, and ready to stir some serious drama! When Angelina has something on her mind, she almost always says it, and doesn’t care what any one else thinks – but how long will the other flatties put up with it?
DJ Pauly D
His barber named his ‘blow out’ after him, but DJ Pauly D is so much more than a haircut. His other claims to fame? Being Rhode Island's most well known DJ, proud owner of his own tanning bed and ordering hair gel by the bucket-load! For Pauly D, cleanliness is close to godliness, so how will he handle living with his not-so-clean flat-mates?
JWOWW
JWOWW, (so named because when she walks into a bar, the guys yell "J-WOWW!"), may not be single but being a party girl with zero self control, all bets are off! She has a tough exterior, but underneath all that, there’s a soft, maternal side. But don’t let that fool you - when this firecracker goes off, there’s fireworks! Better watch out Angelina…
Ronnie
So last year’s fling with Sammi didn’t work out – but rather than admit defeat, Ronnie is playing hard ball and intends to make his ex jealous – at any cost! He loves the odd bar brawl, but Ronnie is a lover at heart and has come back to the house with one rule - don't fall in love at the Jersey Shore. But how long before he breaks his own rule?
Sammi
Back on the market after surviving the Ronnie-Situation love triangle – Sammi is looking for a good time, but will she find it in Miami? She may be a self-confessed ‘sweetheart’ but is well-versed in heart-break - just ask Mike and Ronnie!
Snooki
She may only be pint-sized, but we all know Snooki’s mouth certainly isn’t! As famous for her club brawls as she is for “inventing the freakin' poof!", Snooks is back in all her perma-tanned glory and ready to meet the man of her dreams. But after the disappointment of last season’s epic romance-fail, will Miami yield better results? We’ll have to watch and see!
The Situation
We all know he likes to show off his famous six pack at any opportunity, but underneath all that bravado, Mike has a sensitive side. He knows what he wants from his summer at the Jersey Shore and is not going to let anything stop him from getting it - even his roommates. He’ll stop at nothing to find Mrs Situation, even if that means exploding a few ‘grenades’ and 'land-mines' first! The way he sees it, he has the situation under control.
Vinny
Our favourite mumma’s boy is ready for a wild time with no boundaries! Sure, he may of once had ambitions to go to Yale Law School, but now Vinny has bigger dreams – to pull 60 girls in 60 days! But will love at The Shore get in the way? Not if Vinny has anything to do with it!
