The troubled actress, who’s due to start her 90 day prison sentence on Tuesday, hopes her attempts at sober-living could prevent her from spending ANY time inside.
A source told People magazine, “The hope is that the judge sees Lindsay getting treatment and put her in an inpatient [rehab] program for 90 days instead of jail.”
Since she entered the swanky facility in West Hollywood, Li-Lo has been visited by her mum Dina, sister Ali, and her ex girlfriend Samantha Ronson.
The plush accommodation provides residents with their very own live in loft, fitted with designer kitchens, internet access and flat-screen TVs.
The 24-year-old, who was charged for violating her probation in a DUI case, has also reportedly hired a member of O.J Simpson’s defence team Robert Shapiro, to help fight her sentence.
And her mum Dina also made a last-ditch attempt to reduce her daughter’s imminent jail time by revealing she fears for the star’s life.
She told In Touch magazine, "I would fear for her life. She is claustrophobic, so she's in fear of that."
