The stunning actress, who split from her long-time lover Zac Efron earlier this year, has put her fresh-faced ‘High School Musical’ days well and truly behind her with a TOTAL image overhaul!
From teen princess to vamp queen, the 22-year-old appeared almost unrecognisable dressed all in black with heavy make-up as she stepped out during New York Fashion Week.
And to compliment her grown-up style, the ‘Disney’ startlet has also got her first tattoo!
After a dinner date with her Aussie buddies MTV VJ Ruby Rose and singing sensations The Veronicas, the brunette got inked by famed tattoo artist Bang Bang, the man behind Rihanna’s extensive body art.
And it seems Ruby may have been the one to egg her on!
Taking to her Twitter page, the presenter wrote,
"Please dont blame me.. But i may have convinced Vanessa hudgens to get a tattoo... Now. Her first.. By bang bang"
