‘Geordie Shore’ stars Charlotte-Letitia Crosby and Sophie Kasaei harnessed the power of Twitter this week in a bid to meet their idol Cheryl Cole!
The girls, who were at Cheryl’s ‘A Million Lights’ concert in Newcastle on Tuesday night, tweeted their fans and asked them to bombard Cole with messages so that they could meet up.
"Right I want all of our amazing fans to tweet @CherylCole for me and @CharlotteGShore and tell her we want to meet her 2nite" wrote Sophie.
“Every tweet @cherylcole for me And @sophiegshore we would love to meet her tonight please guys thanku so much if we all tweet shel mite c it (sic)” added Charlotte.
The gimmick worked, with Cheryl’s Girls Aloud band mate Nicola Roberts seeing the tweets and hooking the girls up!
“@charlottegshore @sophiegshore Girls I’ve told her, sorted it for you!! She’s excited!! Xx” tweeted Roberts.
Charlotte and Sophie were given AAA passes and headed backstage to meet self-confessed ‘Geordie Shore’ fan Cheryl, taking some happy snaps to remember the big night.
Cheryl has previously admitted that she finds the show “fascinating.”
"I watch it. Honest to God it's like unbelievable viewing,” she told Radio 1 earlier this year.
"It's addictive. Charlotte is my favourite. It's fascinating... You can't not watch though. It's a guilty pleasure."
Don’t miss all new ‘Geordie Shore’ Season 4 when it premieres on Tuesday November 13 @ 8.30pm!
