What makes all this particularly interesting is the fact Ross recently had his image as a Florida Cocaine Kingpin blown out of the water by revelations he actually worked as a prison warden. While everyone has to make a living, the whole prison warden thing has been particularly troublesome in hip hop circles.
Sure, no one really believed the ridiculous claims Rick Ross made in his raps, but being a prison warden is one small step away from being a cop in hip hop circles. And no one in hip hop likes the police.
Back to that ongoing feud with 50 Cent; we'll spare you the details, all you really need to know is they've been going backwards and forwards questioning each others sexual orientation. None of this seems to have affected Rick Ross' album sales, so obviously white kids in the suburbs aren't all that troubled by Ross having had an honest job back in the day, or batting for the other team.
