Two of the stars of MTV’s brand new reality series ‘The Valleys’ have landed Down Under ahead of the show’s premiere next week!
Jenna, a law student who’s ready to swap her studies for glamour modeling, and Chidgey, an aspiring underwear model who reckons he’s an 11 out of 10 on the looks front, hit Sydney yesterday for a whirlwind promotional tour.
“I love it here!” Chidgey told MTV Australia just hours after arriving in the country.
“The weather’s class, just wish we were staying here for a bit longer to be honest!”
“I have literally always wanted to come to Australia,” continued Jenna.
“I never thought I would have the chance, so I am so chuffed to be here.”
So what do the Welsh natives plan on getting up to during their time here?
“I just can’t wait to get down to the beach to see some Aussie birds!” said Chidgey with a laugh.
“I want to go down to Bondi Beach to go surfing. I used to do a bit of surfing when I was younger.”
“I want to go across the Sydney Harbour Bridge is it? I really want to do that!” Jenna dished.
‘The Valleys’ follows a group of young people from the Welsh Valleys who relocate to the bustling city of Cardiff, where they live together and learn to balance their new jobs with their outrageous social life.
Muscle-man Chidgey gave us a bit of an insight into what to expect from the explosive new show, which hits TV screens here next week.
“There’s loads of stuff to come up,” he revealed.
“There’s loads and loads of backstabbing. Loads of arguments. Loads of interactions. But we’re all friends yeah. Keep it in the family!”
