Liam Gallagher Hearts Fashion
Apparently there’s more to Liam Gallagher’s fashion vision than large jackets, sunglasses and a scowl. The Oasis singer is launching his own clothing label, Pretty Green, featuring a full selection of shirts, trousers, jackets and accessories. Named after a song by The Jam, the label says it’s “upfront, straight talking and classic”. Presumably, that’s how Liam sees himself.
Talking about the new venture, he said he was going to be hands-on with the design. “If you're going to do it, you've got to get involved and I'm looking forward to it, and I think it's going to be good … The reason I'm doing it is I like clothes. We're going to do clothes I like, if people like it cool, if they don't, they don't!"
Apparently the whole line is going to be ‘limited edition’ and will incorporate footwear, denim, knitwear, jackets, trench coats, parkas, T-shirts, hats, scarves and accessories. So, theoretically, you could dress like Liam from head to toe. And then have the accessories to match.
While Liam is pretending to design clothes, brother Noel is busy writing the next Oasis album. He’s saying it’s a huge departure from 2008’s 'Dig Out Your Soul'.
