Good news for One Direction fans - the wait is finally over, as the chart-topping fivesome have just announced the name of their next album, ‘Take Me Home!’
“So pleased to tell you that our new album is called "take me home" can't wait for you to hear it! More news soooon! #takemehome," 1D member Louis Tomlinson tweeted.
The highly-anticipated new record hasn’t been given an official release date yet, but speculation is that it will hit shelves at the end of the year!
We’re sure the ‘What Makes You Beautiful’ singers are hoping their next album will follow on from the success of their last LP ‘Up All Night,’ which reached No.1 in 17 countries.
This news comes just days after they boys - Louis, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Harry Styles and Liam Payne - revealed the name of their next single, ‘Live While We’re Young,’ which drops on October 1!
And before they hit the stage at the ’2012 MTV Video Music Awards’, the Brit dreamboats are set to host an MTV special called 'One Direction: My First Time,' which features the boys reminiscing on some of their favourite performances from previous shows and their feelings about the upcoming ceremony.
The tween sensations will be performing for their very first time EVER at the star-studded bash on September 7!
