Tour promoter, Dainty Group, also issued a statement but gave no reason for the cancellation.
The ‘Crazy Kids’ singer and the chart-topping rapper most recently collaborated on Pitbull’s new single ‘Timber,’ which is currently sitting at number seven of the iTunes Australia Top 100 song downloads. The track is set to appear on Pitbull’s upcoming album.
Concert-goers who purchased tickets via credit card will be automatically refunded, and fans who bought their tickets with cash or eftpos will need to post their tickets back to Ticketek for a full cheque refund.
