The Queen's Got Her Knickers In A Knot Over A Sex Scene In The 'Harry & Meghan' Movie
Not even the Royal family are safe from the absolute buffoonery, tomfoolery and codswallop that is 2018.
Prince Harry & Meghan Markle are getting ready to wed (19 May!), and Lifetime is gearing up to release their highly anticipated film, Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance, on May 13 - a week from today (May 6) and a week before the wedding.
However, rumours from inside the palace walls (literally) are spreading that not everyone in the family is too keen on the film. The director, Menhaj Huda, spoke to Vanity Fair and said that Queen Elizabeth's press office have expressed some concerns about the teased sex scene in the film's trailer.
"My wife's best friend has been dating the press secretary for the palace," he said, when asked for his source. We don't think anyone involved in the film is too worried though. "Let them worry,” said producer Merideth Finn, during a panel with the film’s stars. “People have sex.”
Indeed they do. No word yet on whether Markle, who has starred in Lifetime movies before, will be watching but we 100% reckon she should.
