New Court Documents Detail Explosive Claims From Rob Kardashian Who Says Blac Chyna Pulled A Gun On Him
In new court documents obtained by People magazine, the Kardashian sock designer has made some explosive new claims against his former partner. The 33-year-old has cited an incident that allegedly took place on December 14th, 2016 in which he says he feared for his life.
Amongst his claims, Rob describes a series of violent altercations that took place in their home which includes Chyna pulling a gun on him.
“She used my phone to FaceTime my friend Victory and while we were on FaceTime with him, Chyna pointed the gun at me and threatened me,” reads the official document. “About 20 or 30 minutes later, Chyna came to the guestroom, still holding the gun and FaceTimed my friend Eugene. When we were on FaceTime, Chyna pointed the gun at my head and threatened me. She also threatened Eugene.”
Apparently the supposed attacks were fueled by drugs and alcohol, which lead Rob to fear for his safety.
“I did not think that Chyna’s threats and physical attacks were funny or a joke, and of course I never consented to her violently attacking me or threatening to harm me,” he said. “I believed that she could kill me, intentionally or because she [was] in such a drunken/high state that she could slip up and shoot me accidentally.”
Over at camp Blac Chyna, her attorneys have kiboshed the damaging claims and have maintained the incident was nothing more than a joke.
“Rob also admitted that he never feared for his life and actually thought it was ‘funny’ when Chyna teased him while holding Rob’s unloaded gun,” said the lawyer.
The court documents filed by Kardashian also detail how his mother, Kris Jenner's boyfriend Corey Gamble had to step in and help Rob escape from the home.
It sounds like this is continuing to be a slanging match in court but we hope things can be resolved soon. The quicker they can move past this, the quicker they can heal and do the right thing for their daughter, Dream.
