As the children start falling sick one by one from a mysterious virus, the parents are quick to dismiss it as travel sickness. But this isn’t an ordinary flu; when all four kids fall sick then start to behave strangely, it seems there can only be one conclusion drawn, but the only one brave enough to admit it is disgruntled teenager Casey.

The adults refuse to believe their kids have suddenly become evil, that is until one of the adults dies in a horribly violent accident. Amidst the suspicion, murder and paranoia, the adults must confront their own twisted offspring. But will maternal instinct win out when it’s pitted against primal survival?
